Magna to Open Exterior Parts Plant in Mexico
Magna International Inc. is constructing a 285,000 sq-ft factory in Queretaro, Mexico, that will begin supplying plastic fascias and rocker panels for carmakers worldwide in the first quarter of 2016.
Magna International Inc. is constructing a 285,000 sq-ft factory in Queretaro, Mexico, that will begin supplying plastic fascias and rocker panels for carmakers worldwide in the first quarter of 2016.
Magna says the $135 million facility will initially employ about 600 people. The new factory will be the company's 30th manufacturing facility in Mexico since it began operations in the country in 1991.
