GM's U.S. Customer Service Chief to Head Global Quality
General Motors Co. says it has expanded the duties of Alicia Boler-Davis, who has headed U.S. customer service since February, to include global quality, effective June 1.
General Motors Co. says it has expanded the duties of Alicia Boler-Davis, who has headed U.S. customer service since February, to include global quality, effective June 1.
In her new post, Boler-Davis will report to Mary Barra, head of global product development. She will continue to report to North America President Mark Reuss for customer service.
Boler-Davis replaces Terry Woychowski, who is retiring after 32 years at GM. Boler-Davis joined GM in 1994 and held a series of engineering and manufacturing jobs, including chief engineer for small cars and a series of plant manager jobs in Arlington, Tex., and Lansing, Lake Orion and Pontiac, Mich.
