Visteon Corp. has agreed to sell the last of its vehicle interiors facilities, a trim plant in Berlin, to Germany’s APCH Automotive Plastic Components Holding GmbH.

Visteon Corp. has agreed to sell the last of its vehicle interiors facilities, a trim plant in Berlin, to Germany’s APCH Automotive Plastic Components Holding GmbH.

Terms were not disclosed, but Visteon expects to complete the sale by Dec. 1 as the company focuses on its electronics business.

APCH will be headed by Mark Blair, who formerly managed the Berlin plant. The facility employs about 400 people.

Last year Visteon sold its other remaining interiors operations to Reydel Automotive Holdings BV. The Dutch supplier is held by New York City-based Cerberus Capital Management LP.
