President Donald Trump says a congressional impeachment inquiry against him could distract Congress and jeopardize approval of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement.
USMCA was signed by the three countries last November and ratified by Mexico last June. Neither Canada nor the U.S. has finalized the pact.
