Nissan Motor Co. is developing a $160 million supplier park near its assembly plant in Smyrna, Tenn. The facility is expected to support about 1,000 supplier jobs.

The site will be linked to a 1.5 million-sq-ft logistics center Nissan is building at the Smyrna campus. The facility will help coordinate incoming parts from suppliers and outgoing returnable containers, according to the company.
