Nissan Motor Co. plans to launch a pilot program for its Get & Go Micra car-sharing service next year in Paris.
Under the program, members will share ownership costs of the vehicles, which they can reserve via smartphone apps. Users will be grouped together into networked communities based on their location, routes and usage patterns.
Fees will be based on individual usage, which will be capped at 15,000 km (9,320 miles) per year. Nissan says it will announce further details later.
