BMW to Open Public Test-Drive Facility in Korea
Next month BMW AG will open a consumer-oriented driving center in Incheon, South Korea, where visitors can try out its high-performance luxury cars.
Next month BMW AG will open a consumer-oriented driving center in Incheon, South Korea, where visitors can try out its high-performance luxury cars.
The 240,000-sq meter (59-acre) facility includes test tracks, an off-road course, exhibits and a German restaurant. BMW estimates the center, which will be promoted as a family attraction, will attract 200,000 visitors per year.
Admission is free, but BMW will charge visitors who want to take a test drive. The Nikkei notes that the company already operates similar facilities in Germany and the U.S.
