Denso: We Want Creative Thinkers
Looking for a “strategic mindset” in software engineers and others

In late 2019, Denso celebrated its 70th year by launching a plan to transition itself from a hardware-based to software-based company.
Since then, the company has been reshaping its corporate culture to attract young innovators, says Kara Grasso, vice president of strategic operations. She champions diversity and inclusion in making Denso a place that young people will want to work for.

Denso is keenly focused on attracting software engineers and other young hires who innovate by thinking differently, then ensuring that these strategic thinkers are integrated into the company’s decision-making process, Grasso says.
