Thai real estate giant Sansiri Public Co. Ltd. says it will deploy self-driving vehicles and package delivery drones at its housing developments beginning later this year.

The first Sansiri facility to get the robotic services will be its “T77” community in Bangkok, The Nikki reports.
Autonomous three-wheeled shuttles (pictured) provided by Bangkok startup Airovr will transport T77 residents to nearby train stations by year-end. Starting next spring, Sansiri also will partner with local startup Fling TKwhat to operate drones that deliver packages to residents from the development’s shopping malls.
Sansiri says it will test both services for 6-9 months, then decide whether to make them a permanent part of its communities.
