PSA Trims Output in Slovakia
PSA Peugeot Citroen suspended production at its assembly plant in Trnava, Slovakia, on Monday and says it will idle the factory for four days next month because of weak demand.
PSA Peugeot Citroen suspended production at its assembly plant in Trnava, Slovakia, on Monday and says it will idle the factory for four days next month because of weak demand. The facility makes the Peugeot 207 minicar and Citroen C3 Picasso mini MPV.
PSA predicts that the Trnava plant's output this year will still top its 2012 total of 215,000 vehicles. The factory has annual capacity of 300,000 units.
