Nissan, which predicts more of the same through the fiscal year ending March 31, has raised its full-fiscal-year outlook significantly.

The carmaker now expects an operating profit of 730 billion yen ($6 billion) for the year, up 24% from the previous 12-month period and 10% from an earlier forecast. The company also anticipates net income will climb 17% to about 535 billion yen.

Nissan’s revenue through the first nine months of 2015 totaled 9.2 trillion yen ($76 billion), more than seven times that of alliance partner Renault SA.
