Mitsubishi Motors Corp. will take the wraps off its Ground Tourer Concept plug-in hybrid crossover vehicle in October at the Paris auto show.

The new model follows two other plug-in concepts— the XR PHEV II and the eX Concept—that Mitsubishi showed in 2015. Described as an “up-market SUV,” the Ground Tourer features coupe-like styling with “augmented possibilities” and “functional beauty.”

No details were provided about the vehicle's hybrid powertrain.
