IAC Beefs Up Leadership Team
Interiors specialist International Automotive Components Group has hired four executives as part of a realignment that adds new chief technical officer and chief supply chain officer positions.

Interiors specialist International Automotive Components Group has hired four executives as part of a realignment that includes the creation of two new positions: chief technical officer and chief supply chain officer.
Iwona Niec Villaire (top right), joins IAC as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. She succeeds Janis Acosta, who left the company last year. Villaire spent 20 years with Chassix Inc., a Michigan-based supplier of casting components, most recently as chief administrative officer and general counsel.
Kelly Bysouth (bottom right) will lead IAC’s global supply chain efforts. She has 25 years of procurement and supply chain experience, most recently as a vice president for seating giant Adient (formerly part of Johnson Controls).
CTO David Pascoe (bottom left) will help expand IAC’s product line to support industry trends such as autonomous vehicle shared mobility systems. Pascoe spent nearly three decades at Magna, most recently as vice president of engineering and research and development.
The moves follow last June’s appointment of CEO Manfred Gingl, who had a 50-year career at Magna. Gingl succeeded industry veteran Robert “Steve” Miller, who retired after heading IAC for three years. The Luxembourg-based company supplies door and instrument panels, headliners and consoles.
