Gardner Business Media (GBM) is searching for a full-time Associate Market Research Analyst. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of market research, data analytics or marketing experience and a desire to collaborate and learn alongside a talented team of research and marketing professionals.

The Associate Market Research Analyst will directly support survey, data and research projects in Gardner Business Media’s market intelligence business.

Reporting to Senior Market Research Analyst and working collaboratively with Customer Success Departments and Brand Leaders, the Data Analyst will work from GBM HQ in Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Program, promote and monitor research projects
• Data Analysis: Clean, tabulate and analyze research project data
• Reporting: Create content reporting research project results

Skills + Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3+ years’ experience in market research, data analytics or related
• Skillful project manager; adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytics-minded with a history of monitoring and reporting project performance
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), survey software (ie: SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics)
• Experience in data tabulation, analysis and visualization tools
• Excellent composition and grammar skills
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
