Ford Motor Co. is recalling C-Max and Focus cars manufactured in the Michigan Assembly Plant in the August 8 15 period. The company is concerned about a lack of adequate ball bearings in the steering gear assembly. This may result in other ball bearings failing, potentially leading to loss of steering control and increased risks of a crash.
