Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd. has been testing a four-door model that may signal the company's plan to revive its dormant Lagonda nameplate, Autoblog.com reports.
The online publication posted several spy shots of a disguised sedan undergoing road tests in the U.K. The car reportedly would ride on a stretched version of Aston Martin's Rapide S sport coupe platform and be powered by the company's 6.0-liter V-12 engine.
Autoblog says it isn't clear whether the sedan is headed for production. The last model bearing the Lagonda name went out of production about 25 years ago.
