"They wouldn't entertain the idea," the source says, claiming that customers asked about diesels declared, "We won't buy it." The source also tells Autocar that Rolls-Royce, a unit of BMW AG, "can't imagine" following other ultra-luxury-car makers in offering an SUV model. "We don't chase volume," the source sniffs, "so we're not looking for a volume creator."
