Organizers of the World Car of the Year Awards have winnowed down the list of finalists for the top award in 2019 to the Volvo S60/V60 and two all electric crossovers: the Audi e-tron and Jaguar I-Pace.
The three finalists were announced this week at the Geneva auto show. The overall winner and those in five other categories will be named in April at the New York auto show.
Earlier this week, the I-Pace was named the European Car of the Year by a different group.
The World Car of the Year is chosen by a panel of 86 automotive journalists from more than two dozen countries. Last year’s winner was the Volvo XC60 crossover.
