Nissan Shuffles Senior U.S. Sales Execs
Nissan Motor Co. has reassigned Fred Diaz, its senior sales and marketing chief in the U.S. and Canada, to a new position overseeing truck sales across those two countries and Mexico, effective Jan. 1.

Nissan Motor Co. has reassigned Fred Diaz, its senior sales and marketing chief in the U.S. and Canada, to a new position overseeing truck sales across those two countries and Mexico, effective Jan. 1.
As division vice president and general manager of the newly created North America Trucks and Light commercial Vehicles unit, Diaz will build a “holistic business strategy” for company’s truck and light commercial vehicle business across North America, according to Nissan.
Christian Meunier, who currently is president of Nissan Canada Inc., will move into Diaz’s current job. Meunier also will become chairman of the Canadian unit.
