The Czech startup aims to launch sales of the vehicle, which is dubbed the Luka, this year in Europe. Pricing is expected to start at €30,000 ($37,000).
Power will come from four in-wheel motors that produce a combined 66 hp. Several concept cars have featured in-wheel motors but the Luka will be the first production model to do so, according to the carmaker.
MW says the car will accelerate from zero to 100 kph (62 mph) in 9.6 seconds and on its way to a top speed of 91 mph. The 21.9-kWH battery pack will provide an estimated range of 300 km (186 miles), according to the company.
