The U.K.’s Unite trade union says it is suspending strike action against BMW AG while its members consider new pension provisions.

Unite had planned to conduct eight strikes at four BMW facilities over the issue. The union says its decision doesn’t imply a recommendation of the company’s offer.

BMW’s facilities in England include Mini and Rolls-Royce assembly plants.
