Visteon Board Adds Ex-President of Bright House Networks

Vehicle cockpit electronics supplier Visteon Corp. has elected Nomi Bergman to its board, effective Oct. 1.
Bergman helped launch cable television provider Bright House Networks in 2003. She was president until the company was merged with Charter Communications acquired by Charter Communications and Time Warner Cable six months ago.
Previously she headed strategy and development for cable service provider Advance Communication Corp. Bergman holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and statistics from the University of Rochester.
