The ride-hailing service says COO Barney Harford will be succeeded by Andrew Macdonald. He joined the company in 2012 as a general manager in Toronto.

Replacing marketing chief Rebecca Messina, who hired on at Uber nine months ago, is Jill Hazelbaker. She will continuing her present roles as head of policy and communications.
Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi says he is shifting his focus to overseeing the company’s core businesses after helping lead Uber’s initial public offering last month. Uber’s stock has stumbled over investor skepticism that the company will ever achieve sustainable profitability.
Khosrowshahi also says Uber’s Rides and Eats business platform leaders will report directly to him.
