Tesla PR Chief Moves to Aston Martin
Simon Sproule, who took over as communications chief at American electric car maker Tesla Motors Inc. in April, has been hired as global marketing and communications head at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd.

Simon Sproule, who took over as communications chief at American electric car maker Tesla Motors Inc. in April, has been hired as global marketing and communications head at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd.
Sproule will begin his new assignment on Nov. 1. The move reunites him with Andy Palmer, who was named Aston Martin's CEO last month. The two Brits worked together at Nissan Motor Co.
Sproule's previous PR jobs before Nissan have included stints at Microsoft, Ford and Jaguar.
