Tesla Names Denholm to Board

Tesla Motors Inc. will add Juniper Networks Inc.'s Robyn Denholm on Aug. 11 as its seventh board member.
Denholm is chief financial officer for California-based Juniper, which describes itself as the networking industry's most innovative member. She will be the only female on Tesla's board.
Denhol will head Tesla's audit committee and join committees for compensation and nominating/corporate governance.
She will assume the board duties formerly performed by Brad Buss, who gave them up when he was named chief financial officer for SolarCity Corp. Buss will remain on Tesla's board.
