Italy Prime Minister Matteo Renzi tells reporters in Detroit that adding jobs in Italy is more important than where Fiat SpA puts its headquarters after merging with Chrysler Group LLC.

The combined companies intend to establish a headquarters in London and a financial base in the Netherlands. Neither is important, Renzi says, as long as the merger results in more employment in Italy.

"To me," Renzi adds, "the important thing is to maintain Made in Italy.'"
