Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV is launching a new productivity-based bonus plan for its hourly workers in Italy.
The company offered few details. But it says the scheme will index the bonuses to the company's ability to meet quality, productivity and profitability targets set out in its 2015-2018 business plan.
FCA says it will pay bonuses totaling about €600 million over the four-year period if the company hits its goals.
