Delphi Automotive plc reports an 11% gain to $3.9 billion in adjusted revenue in October-December 2015.
Adjusted operating income in the fourth quarter rose 13% to $503 million for the U.K.-based supplier of vehicle electronics and thermal systems. Restructuring costs cut net income from continuing operations to $199 million from $340 million. Adjusted net income advanced 1% to $391 million.
For the full year, Delphi’s adjusted revenue climbed 6% to $15.2 billion, and adjusted operating income advanced 13% to $2 billion. Net income from continuing operations declined to $1.2 billion from $1.3 billion. Adjusted net income was flat at $1.5 billion.
