Daimler AG's 130,000 employees will each receive €3,200 in profit sharing for last year compared with €4,100 for 2011, reflecting the company's weaker 2012 operating results.

Works council chief Erich Klemm tells Dow Jones Newswires that Daimler set the bonus amount in talks with its unions. He says the parties also agreed on a new bonus formula that incorporates a comparison of the company's sales to those of its competitors.
