This year’s winners (with price as tested) are the:

- BMW M850i sport coupe ($119,300)
- Genesis G70 sedan ($44,900)
- Hyundai Santa Fe SUV ($39,900)
- Jeep Gladiator pickup truck ($51,200)
- Lincoln Nautilus crossover ($67,600)
- Mercedes-Benz A220 small car ($51,900)
- Nissan Kicks crossover($23,300)
- Toyota RAV4 crossover ($39,600)
- Volvo V60 wagon ($54,700)
Eight Wards editors selected the winners from 32 nominated vehicles that are sold in the U.S. To qualify, vehicles must have an all-new or significantly improved interior.
Judges scored vehicles on design aesthetic, comfort, ergonomics, materials, fit-and-finish and the user-friendliness of displays and controls. The winners will be honored at the WardsAuto Interiors Conference next month in Novi, Mich.
