VW’s PR Chief Quits After 7 Months

Andreas Lampersbach, Volkswagen AG’s head of corporate and business since April 1, is leaving the company on Nov. 15.

The 53-year-old Lampersbach previously led global communications for VW’s MAN commercial truck unit. He is a lawyer and journalist who joined MAN in 2001 and became its top PR man in 2009.

Lampersbach will be replaced on an interim basis by Eric Felber, 47, a member of the VW Group’s PR team.
