Visteon’s CFO to Leave

Visteon Corp. says Jeffrey Stafeil, its chief financial officer, is leaving the company. He has agreed to remain until a successor is named within the next two months.

Stafeil joined the company as CFO three years ago from Dura Automotive Systems, where he was CEO.

At Visteon, Stafeil oversaw mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, thereby helping to transform the company from a broad-based auto supplier into a company focused on cockpit electronics and software.
