Visteon Corp. posted net earnings of $69 million for the January-March period of 2013 compared with a $29 million loss a year earlier.
Revenue rose $139 million to $1.9 billion. Visteon boosted sales by $205 million at its climate-control unit, $36 million at its electronics business and $76 million at its interiors operations.
