Visteon Corp. says it has sold its 287-acre headquarters complex in Van Buren Township, Mich., for $81 million.

The company signed a 15-year lease to continue using 527,000 sq. ft. of the site for its corporate operations and innovation center.

The new owner is Sovereign Partners LLC, a New York City-based real estate investment firm. It will manage the site, which includes a conference center and corporate offices for Dana and GE.
