General Motors Co. says in a regulatory filing that two of its board directors will leave this summer.
David Bonderman, a co-founding partner of private investment firm Tarrant Capital LP, doesn't plan to stand for re-election at the company's annual shareholders meeting.
Robert D. Krebs, 72, a former CEO of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corp., plans to retire immediately before the annual meeting because he has reached mandatory retirement age for GM board members.
Bonderman and Krebs became GM directors in July 2009 during the company's U.S.-backed bankruptcy restructuring.
