Supplier Henniges Hires TRW’s DelGrosso

Veteran supplier executive Douglas DelGrosso has been hired as CEO of Auburn Hills, Mich.-based supplier Henniges Automotive Holdings Inc., effective Aug. 1.

He replaces CFO Larry Williams, who has served as interim CEO of the maker of automotive sealing and anti-vibration systems since the departure of Rob DePierre earlier this year.

DelGrosso has been an executive at TRW Automotive Inc.'s global braking and suspension unit since 2007. He began his career at Lear Corp. in 1984 and served as its president and COO from 2005 to 2007.
