Small VW Crossover in the Works?

Volkswagen AG’s Porsche unit is developing an all-new small crossover vehicle that will bow in 2018, Auto Bild reports.

The unnamed entry-level model will slot below the Macan in Porsche’s lineup, according to the German magazine. Both two- and four-door variants are expected.

The new rear-wheel-drive crossover will feature bold styling and be powered by existing VW Group 4-cylinder engines mated with a dual-clutch transmission, Auto Bild says. All-wheel drive will be optional.
