Volkswagen AG’s Skoda unit is developing an off-road version of its Karoq SUV that the carmaker will publicly unveil at the Paris auto show in October.
The vehicle, dubbed the Karoq Scout, will feature four-wheel drive, skid plates, 18-inch wheels and more rugged styling than the base model. Three engines will be available, including a 2.0-liter diesel with an optional manual transmission.
