Shiloh Names New CFO

Ohio-based Shiloh Industries Inc. has hired Lillian Etzkorn as senior vice president and chief financial officer. She succeeds Jay Potter, who is leaving the company.

Etzkorn joins Shiloh from CPI Card Group in Denver, where she also was CFO. She previously held senior financial positions with Dana and Ford.

Potter, who joined Shiloh in 2015, is credited with integrating the company’s operations. The company, which makes metal stampings and laser welded-custom blanks, completed five acquisitions in the two years prior to Potter’s appointment.
