Rolls-Royce Sets All-Time Sales Record

Ghost Series II

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd. sold 4,063 cars in 2014, its highest annual volume since the brand debuted 111 years ago.

It was the fifth consecutive year of record sales for the company, which is owned by BMW AG. Results were driven by strong demand for the Ghost Series II launched in November.

Last year's volume rose 12%. Demand jumped 40% in Europe, more than 30% in the U.S. and 20% in the Middle East. Last year the marque expanded to a record 127 dealerships worldwide.
