Steve Zadesky, who launched Apple Inc.’s secretive electric car project two years ago, says he is leaving the company, sources tell The Wall Street Journal.
It isn’t clear when he will quit. Apple, which has never publicly confirmed the project, reportedly dubbed Titan, declined to comment.
Zadesky is leaving for personal reasons and not because of his job performance, according to the Journal. He previously worked on the iPod music player and iPhone during his 16-year career at Apple.
