PSA Hires Ex-Renault Chief to Head Sales, Marketing

PSA Group has appointed Thierry Koskas to take over as senior vice president of sales and marketing for the group’s five brands—Citroen, DS, Opel, Peugeot and Vauxhall—on March 26.
Koskas, a 21-year veteran at rival Renault SA, left that company in January as executive vice president of sales and marketing. He succeeds Alberic Chopelin, who is leaving to become chief commercial and customer officer for Europcar Mobility Group. Chopelin’s new assignment with the a French rental car company will begin on April 15.
As senior vice president at PSA, Koskas will report directly to CEO Carlos Tavares. He also will be responsible for the group’s parts and service business.
