Porsche’s Mueller to Join VW Board

Porsche AG CEO Matthias Mueller will be promoted to a new job set up to coordinate Volkswagen Group's luxury brands, according to German media reports led by the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. He also will join VW's management board.

Mueller has headed Porsche for five years. In the new post he will foster greater cooperation among the group's Audi, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini and Porsche marques.

Frankfurter Allgemeine doesn't say when Mueller's new job will begin or who will replace him at Porsche.
