OESA Names New Chairman

Jacqueline Dedo, chief strategy officer at Dana Holding Corp., has been elected to a one-year term as chair of the Original Equipment Suppliers Assn.

She succeeds Jan Kowal, chairman of Brose North America, who has served as OESA chair for the past year.

Doug Grimm, chairman and CEO of Grede Holdings, and Dan Sceli, CEO of Peterson Spring Corp., were appointed vice-chairmen for 2012-2013.
