Nissan Gains Naming Rights for NFL Stadium in Nashville

Nissan Stadium is the new name of the arena in Nashville, Tenn., where the National Football League's Tennessee Titans team plays.

Nissan Motor Co. paid an undisclosed amount to gain naming rights to the city-owned stadium for the next 20 years. Nissan moved its North American headquarters from California to Franklin, a small town 22 miles south of Nashville, eight years ago.

The venue, formerly called LP Field, will host all home games for the Titans and Tennessee State University.
