Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV CEO Sergio Marchionne has invested €2.6 million to buy 335,700 shares in the company.
The purchase was reported in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The purchase is in addition to the 1 million Fiat shares Marchionne bought in May. He now owns about 6.8 million shares in FCA.
