About $232 million of CEO Sergio Marchionne’s personal wealth is tied up as shares in Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV and former Fiat units CNH Industrial and Ferrari.

That makes him far more heavily invested in his employers than the heads of other major carmakers, according to Bloomberg News. It estimates Marchionne’s total wealth at more than $270 million.

The news service says the comparable investments in their companies by CEOs Carlos Ghosn (Renault-Nissan), Mark Fields (Ford) and General Motors (Mary Barra) are $49 million, $12 million an $3.2 million, respectively.

Marchionne holds some 14.6 million shares in FCA, 1.5 million shares in Ferrari and 750,000 shares in Fiat’s former CNH truck and agricultural equipment affiliate, Bloomberg estimates.
