The outlets in Beijing, Hangzhou and Shanghai are offering the Lincoln MKZ sedan and MKC crossover vehicle. Next year they will add the MKX and Navigator crossovers and an all-new large sedan.
Ford plans to open five more dealerships in China by year-end, then expand to 60 outlets in 50 cities by the end of 2016. The company says it believes Chinese shoppers will be impressed by the Lincoln brand's 97-year-old history.
Ford hopes to triple annual sales of Lincoln vehicles to 300,000 by 2020. The company has not announced a sales target in China.
