Government agencies report registrations climbed 7% to 290,200 units in Germany and 15% to 131,500 units in Italy. Trade group ANFAC says Spain's volume in July jumped 24% year-on-year to 102,900 vehicles.
France's CCFA industry association reported earlier this week that passenger vehicle sales in the country advanced 2% to 147,100. The U.K. will report its sales figures later this week.
