Jaguar Land Rover Ltd. is launching its 2016 model year in the U.S. with new models, price cuts and five years of free routine maintenance and roadside assistance.
Jaguar has lowered the starting price for its all-new XF sport sedan by $5,300 to $51,900. The company also has reduced prices for the refreshed XJ large sedan and F-Type sport coupe by as much as $7,000 and $11,900, respectively.
Next spring Jaguar will debut two more new vehicles as 2017 models: the XE small luxury sedan at $34,900 and F-Pace small crossover at a "competitive" price to be announced at the Frankfurt auto show two weeks from now.
Beginning with the 2016 model year, all Jaguar models sold in the U.S. will include EliteCare, a collection of features that covers the car for five years or 50,000 miles. The package consists of what Jaguar describes as a best-in-class warranty, plus free scheduled maintenance, roadside assistance and the company's array of InControl wireless connectivity, convenience and safety features.
The InControl suite includes infotainment apps, remote vehicle monitoring, remote engine start and automatic emergency notification in the event of a crash.
